2Payment Terms

Payment terms may vary depending on the customer's account status, order volume, purchase history, and business verification.

For first-time B2B customers, full payment or a substantial advance payment may be required before an order is processed and dispatched.
For established wholesale partners, customized payment arrangements may be considered based on business relationship, order volume, and mutually agreed terms.

Any applicable payment terms will be clearly communicated before the order is finalized.

3Currency & Taxes

Unless otherwise agreed for international or specialized B2B transactions, all prices and payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Applicable VAT, taxes, duties, or other statutory charges, where applicable, will be calculated and clearly reflected on the final wholesale invoice.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the final invoice and confirming the applicable charges before making payment.

4Payment Confirmation

An order will be considered payment-confirmed once the payment has been successfully received and verified by our accounts team.

For bank transfers and mobile banking payments, customers may be required to provide a valid transaction ID, payment receipt, or proof of payment for verification.

Order processing and dispatch timelines begin after payment confirmation.

For security and fraud prevention, customers should make payments only to the official payment details provided by Shojib Warehouse through our authorized channels or official invoice.

Shojib Warehouse will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals, personal accounts, or unofficial payment channels.
