As a B2B wholesale distributor, our return and replacement policy differs from standard retail businesses. Wholesale orders are supplied in bulk at competitive prices and are generally considered final once confirmed and dispatched.
1General Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Unsold inventory or products that remain in stock at the buyer's store.
- Change of mind or change in business requirements.
- Incorrect ordering of products, quantities, or variants by the buyer.
- Minor dents, creases, scratches, or imperfections to outer packaging that do not affect the product itself or its usability.
- Products that have been opened, used, altered, or improperly stored after delivery.
2Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement
A return, replacement, or other appropriate resolution may be considered in the following verified circumstances:
Wrong Product Supplied
If the product delivered does not match the product specified on your confirmed invoice or order.
Expired or Near-Expiry
If an expired product is supplied unintentionally.
Clearance or Near-Expiry discounted stock excluded if disclosed before purchase.
Severe Transit Damage
If a product arrives with significant damage making it unsuitable or unsalable.
Minor external packaging damage does not qualify.
3How to Submit a Claim
Any eligible issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:
- Invoice or Order Number
- Clear photographs or videos of the affected product(s)
- Clear photographs/videos of the shipping package and outer packaging
- A brief description of the issue
- Details of the affected product, including quantity
Claims may be submitted through your dedicated account manager or our Wholesale Support Team.
For transit-related damage, we strongly recommend taking photographs or videos of the package before opening it, as this may be required for verification with the courier or logistics provider.
4Claim Verification
All return or replacement claims are subject to verification by the Shojib Warehouse team.
Once a claim is received, our team may review the submitted photographs/videos, order information, invoice details, product condition, and other relevant evidence before approving or declining the claim.
5Resolution of Approved Claims
Once a claim has been reviewed and approved, Shojib Warehouse may provide one of the following resolutions, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability:
Replacement
A replacement for the affected product may be provided with the customer's next wholesale shipment, subject to stock availability.
Credit Note
A credit note may be issued for the verified affected amount, which can be applied toward a future wholesale purchase.
Refund
In exceptional circumstances, a direct refund for the verified affected item(s) may be provided at the discretion of Shojib Warehouse.
The final resolution will be determined based on the circumstances of the claim, product availability, and applicable business terms.
6Important Notice
Shojib Warehouse reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the requirements of this policy, are submitted after the specified claim period, or cannot be reasonably verified.
By confirming a wholesale order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this B2B Return & Replacement Policy.
