Shojib Warehouse operates as a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale supplier of authentic Korean beauty and cosmetic products.

Our wholesale pricing, services, and purchasing facilities are intended primarily for businesses, retailers, resellers, stockists, distributors, and other commercial buyers.

To register and purchase through our B2B platform, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and, where applicable, your business.

Eligible customers may include:

Shojib Warehouse reserves the right to request additional business or account information for verification purposes and may restrict or decline an account where the information provided cannot be reasonably verified.

Wholesale pricing may be subject to a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), minimum order value, or other purchasing requirements specified on our platform or wholesale quotation.

Orders that do not meet the applicable B2B requirements may be adjusted, placed on hold, or cancelled at the discretion of Shojib Warehouse.

Any applicable MOQ or minimum order requirement will be communicated before the order is finalized.

All wholesale prices displayed on our platform are intended for B2B customers and may change from time to time.

Prices may be affected by factors including:

Shojib Warehouse reserves the right to update product prices without prior notice.

However, once an order has been confirmed and the applicable invoice has been issued, the agreed product pricing for that order will generally remain applicable unless otherwise stated on the invoice.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, displayed wholesale product prices do not include applicable VAT, taxes, shipping, or delivery charges.

Any applicable charges will be calculated and communicated as part of the final wholesale invoice.

Unless different payment terms have been specifically approved in writing, full payment must be received and verified before goods are dispatched from our Dhaka warehouse.

An order will be considered confirmed only after:

1. The order details have been verified;
2. The applicable invoice has been issued; and
3. Required payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Shojib Warehouse reserves the right to hold or cancel an order where payment has not been completed according to the agreed terms.

Shojib Warehouse is committed to supplying 100% authentic Korean beauty and cosmetic products.

Our products are sourced through legitimate supply and import channels from South Korea. We do not knowingly supply counterfeit or imitation products.

For eligible large-volume B2B buyers, relevant import, customs, or supporting documentation may be made available where applicable and subject to document availability and confidentiality requirements.

Product descriptions, specifications, ingredients, packaging, images, and other product information are provided for general commercial reference.

Manufacturers may occasionally update packaging, formulations, labeling, or product specifications without changing the fundamental identity of the product.

You must not make false, misleading, unauthorized medical, therapeutic, or product-performance claims when marketing or reselling products supplied by Shojib Warehouse.

The Merchant/Reseller is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, labeling requirements, advertising standards, and consumer-protection rules governing the sale of cosmetics and personal-care products in their respective market.

Shojib Warehouse does not assume responsibility for the Merchant's retail operations, marketing activities, customer claims, or regulatory obligations after the products have been supplied.

Order processing and delivery are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the delivery destination, order volume, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Large-volume orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the buyer where applicable.

Wholesale orders are subject to our B2B Return & Replacement Policy.

Returns are generally not accepted for unsold inventory, change of mind, incorrect ordering by the buyer, or minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product usability.

Eligible cases such as incorrectly supplied products, expired products supplied unintentionally, or severe transit damage may qualify for replacement, credit, or another appropriate resolution subject to verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shojib Warehouse shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the resale, marketing, or use of products supplied through our platform.

This may include, but is not limited to, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of customers, or reputational loss arising from the Merchant's independent resale activities.

Shojib Warehouse reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a B2B account where we reasonably believe that a customer:

• Has provided false or misleading information;
• Has violated these Terms & Conditions;
• Has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity;
• Has failed to meet agreed payment obligations; or
• Has otherwise misused our platform or services.

Any outstanding payment obligations will remain due following account suspension or termination.

Shojib Warehouse may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, services, pricing structure, or applicable requirements.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of our B2B platform or placement of new orders after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
