3Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight, volume, order size, and delivery destination of your wholesale order.
The applicable shipping cost will be confirmed by your dedicated account manager before the final invoice is issued.
For exceptionally large-volume or recurring wholesale orders, special shipping rates or discounts may be available, subject to order quantity and delivery requirements.
4Warehouse Pickup â Dhaka
For merchants located in Dhaka, we offer a Free Warehouse Pickup option.
Once your order has been fully processed, packed, and confirmed as ready for collection, you may arrange to collect your wholesale inventory directly from our Dhaka warehouse.
5Damaged Shipment & Delivery Claims
We take every precaution to ensure that your wholesale products are securely packed before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that your shipment arrives with visible external damage, please follow the steps below:
- Take clear photographs or videos of the package before opening it.
- Keep the original packaging and shipping materials.
- Contact our Wholesale Support Team within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
- Provide your order number along with the relevant photos/videos for review.
Our team will assess the claim and assist you according to our wholesale delivery and damage-claim policy.
